Take a piece of paper, and draw a line down the middle. On the left, make a list of all of the positive attributes of a situation, person, place or thing that you wish to change. Then remembering all that did not or is not working, make a separate list on the left of what those things are.
What do you want to take from that positive list to create with? What do you want more of? This will give you information about what you may be missing that is triggering the “revisiting”, or inability to let go of a situation, person, place or other thing, that you feel stuck in. It is a roadmap for creating what you really want (rather than only a partial success, which is what stuck energy outcomes represent).
