Well, Mercury went direct on Sunday, which means we are no longer in a Mercury Retrograde cycle. However, the energy, which was amplified because of the full moon, as well as the other planetary alignments, are still causing some residual energy. Choose to use this energy to your benefit! Think of any challenges as temporary – and they always are! Think of them as tools for a growth opportunity. You can stand in fear or frustration, hurt or pain, or any number of negative ‘feelings’, or you can use all of your tools to turn the energy around. Remember, what you think and feel is what is created. So how long are you willing to stay in a negative place? A negative feeling? If you truly feel stuck, then make time to come see me! This is an act of bravery for sure – as you have to dive in, release energy that is stuck and creating unwanted realities, and undo some old habits. But it is bravery that is well rewarded!!! You’ve got this!!
