The Friday Weekly Wrap-Up #1, will contain:
- Highlights regarding any healing, clearing and release that I was directed to do
- any physical aspects of the body that may have become activated/infused or cleared
- any parts of the body that may have experienced symptoms due to the activation/infusion or release/clearing of low frequency, toxic energy, and increasing our frequency. *PLEASE NOTE: These will dissipate as we continue clearing, and often don’t last long. If you are having discomfort, write to me and I will help you clear it.
- And, the most fun, Angelic Symbols.
Please feel free to email me with questions and/or stories during our week. I often share them anonymously, so the group can learn and connect with any learning that has occurred.
Monday Notes:
- Clearing/Release areas: Root Chakra, Pineal Gland, 3rd Eye Chakra/Cranial area
- Activated/Infused energy and areas: Root Chakra, meridians in the back, head, scalp and neck, along with heart chakra (trust in opening for support)
- Symptoms: slight headache or dizziness, low back pain and then down the right leg (as you release resistance to supporting yourself in your forward growth). Lucid dreams. Spiritual connection with your intuition and your Angelic Realm Team.
- Angelic Symbols: All things in the shape of a heart, leaves in particular. Color is pink, so be aware of its symbolic meaning in association to where you may see it appear (could be in a leaf, a flower petal, or on a billboard in a digital heart shape.) Your eye will be drawn as the Angels are gifting you signs of their love and support during your journey here.
Tuesday Notes:
- Clearing/Release areas: Head, neck, root chakra, lower back and meridians
- Activated/Infused energy and areas: Root and heart chakra
- Symptoms: release may cause headaches, low back agitation, a feeling of anxiety having to do with a release of beliefs that you are stuck or alone (these have been in place for a long time as safety mechanisms. They allow for you to avoid getting too close or forming a bond with others [avoiding intimacy] so that you can feel in control – falsely safe.)
- Angelic Symbols: a ring of stars, small or large, and can be in the sky or on a billboard, or magazine, or anywhere and can be up to 12 stars. The is a symbol of the ideals of unity, solidarity and harmony (and often when I am working on the group, we are standing in a circle). So this is the perfect symbol for all we are creating here on the planet by joining forces to pray together as a group and to lend our power of love to the planet. Creating a unification of mind, body and soul. Creating a unification of the physical and non-physical planes, especially significant in the process of healing.
Wednesday Notes:
- Clearing/Release areas: heart, trust, crown chakra
- Activated/Infused energy and areas: heart for love and trust of others, and working through feeling safe within the self; trusting that you are able to create all that you want, and that it is there for you. Trusting that you are divine energy; God created you perfectly. Releasing all residual from past beliefs regarding trust.
- Symptoms: feeling tired. A release of emotions. Feeling love toward all – the world. May feel butterflies in the chest area. Feeling ungrounded, or spiritually disconnected. Maybe short of breath, or feeling some anxiety. Practice breathing, and adjust your focus. Release all fears and realize that you are strong – stronger than you realize. I have asked the Angels to help, as I do with all of our releasing and infusion work. I also run lots of Reiki Healing Energy through each of you individually and then as a group. Often I am directed then to work on the group in different ways. They have had you stand in different places, like on the shore of the crystal waters, or out and above this plane/dimension (this is the usual when we are doing spiritual work).
- Angelic Symbols: Coffee cups, and the smell of coffee – wanting us to engage the system of smell that we have, as a tool for spiritual connection. The circle continues to be an important symbol. As we hone our spiritual intuitive connection, pay attention to what you may be smelling and its significance for you!
Thursday Notes:
- Clearing/Release areas: Knees, hips and meridians in the leg and lower back structure of the physical body, and energetic bodies. This included some aura work in those areas as well. This is to help with all forward motion.
- Activated/Infused energy and areas: The legs and all parts of the body involved in forward motion, including the feet and lower back. These areas were infused with a warmth of love, and so you may have felt the warmth or tingling in those areas.
- Symptoms: You may have felt tingling in those areas of the body, or a need to get up and be busy, walking around. You may have felt energized, or you may have wanted to sit quietly.
- Angelic Symbols: Pennies from heaven were given as a reminder of our loved ones on the other side, and how they are all joining us as we celebrated the Thanksgiving Holiday, and got together with our families. The Angels want to remind us that all are still traveling together on our journeys of growth and healing. And our Loved Ones will reach out in many ways during our prayer days, and beyond. Be aware of all and do not dismiss what could be a gentle touch from the other side; reach for trust in our connection.
Friday Notes:
- Clearing/Release areas: The first thing that happened was kind of amusing. As we began running energy through everyone, the energy wave stopped at the mid-section. Definitely a statement. We tend to eat too much, and the gentle help with digestion was only a part of this clearing. It was about getting in touch with old belief energy regarding filling a void within, and doing it in a “mindless” way. An attempt to feed the soul. We allow for overeating as part of Thanksgiving meals; it is a belief that many “think” regarding what will be created. The void refers to us wanting to “belong” to a group, as Thanksgiving is a tradition and the eating is a ritual. So I urge you all to exercise today to help with the energy the Angels’ ran through your bodies in this way. Also, gentle blue energy frequency was sent from above, through the crown chakra, and then all the way down to the feet. This brought the weeks healing to a close.
- Activated/Infused energy and areas: Throat Chakra. Peace was infused during this clearing, and aligned with the whole body. As it expanded, it pushed out any residual low frequency. Drink plenty of water!
- Symptoms: Any overeating symptoms in the mid-section of the body, and in the crown area (like headaches, or dizziness, or feeling alone or ungrounded), may have been felt. Gently refocus on feeding your soul with creative activities for the holidays, or give back by volunteering (Throat Chakra, regarding “feeding the soul”).
- Angelic Symbols: Roses were gifted today. Red. They are a symbol of love from above, and you may see or smell them! Again, we are honing our intuitive abilities as we walk through this prayer process. It is important to be aware so you can be guided by your Angels.
You have all been infused with strength through this time, as well as individually infused with healing that is specific to your soul plan and divine purpose. Some have written to me already that they are experiencing a divine connection to spiritual knowledge; a connection to the Love that is limitless; the force and source, of divine healing and growth beyond what we typically experience here on earth; for each of us, and for the world. This is the connection that we are all striving toward. This is the healing love that will help support ALL.
